1. General Provisions

1.1. The Application is designed for couriers fulfilling orders for companies that rent the service from Anatolii Shmidman (hereinafter referred to as the “Partner Company”).

1.2. The Application is solely a tool for processing orders and does not create any employment or civil law relationships between the Application Owner and the Courier.

1.3. The Courier uses the Application to receive and complete orders, interact with the Partner Company, and communicate with end customers.

1.4. Installing and using the Application signifies the Courier’s acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Authorization Rules

2.1. The Application does not include a registration procedure. Access is provided only through login credentials issued in advance by the Partner Company.

2.2. The Courier submits personal data (full name, phone number, passport details, driver’s license, and other necessary information) directly to the Partner Company, not to the Application Owner.

2.3. The Application Owner is not responsible for the verification, collection, processing, or storage of the Courier’s personal data by the Partner Company.

2.4. The Courier must ensure the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share them with third parties.

3. Courier Obligations

• Properly fulfill orders received through the Application.
• Comply with the rules of the Partner Company that granted access to the Application.
• Use the Application exclusively for work purposes and not share access with third parties.
• Immediately report technical failures or errors in the Application to the Partner Company.
• Not use the Application for illegal activities.

4. Liability of the Parties

• The actions or inactions of the Courier while fulfilling orders.
• The quality and timely delivery of orders.
• Any damage caused to third parties due to the Courier’s use of the Application.
• Any financial or employment relationships between the Partner Company and the Courier.

4.2. In case of a violation of this Agreement, the Application Owner has the right to block the Courier’s access to the Application without prior notice.

5. Limitation of the Application Owner’s Liability

• The Application is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, suitability for the Courier’s or Partner Company’s expectations.
• Interruptions in the operation of the Application due to technical issues, updates, or connection failures.
• Any financial losses incurred by the Courier due to the inability to use the Application.

5.3. The Application Owner is not the employer or service contractor of the Courier and does not bear any obligations regarding the Courier’s compensation.

6. Confidentiality

• The Courier agrees not to disclose any business-related information obtained while using the Application to third parties.
• The Courier acknowledges that the transfer of their personal data is made solely to the Partner Company, and the Application Owner is not responsible for its processing.
• The Application Owner may collect anonymous data about the use of the Application for analytics and service improvement.

7. Termination of Access to the Application

7.1. The Courier may stop using the Application at any time by notifying the Partner Company.

7.2. The Application Owner may block the Courier’s access in case of a violation of this Agreement or upon termination of the Partner Company’s cooperation with the Application Owner.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The Application Owner has the right to amend this Agreement. The updated terms will be published within the Application.

8.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Israel.
